New image 500 x 500 white bg
New raster layer
Select all
Open Paper 9
Copy and close
Paste into selection

Open your mask
Apply your mask to your purple paper
Merge group

Open your haunted house
Copy and paste as new layer
Adjust size as necessary

Open your ghosts
Resize as necessary
Lower opacity to about 80%

Add other elements to your liking
See my tag for placements

Open your tube
Copy and paste
Resize as needed

Add copyright, wordart and text
Add drop shadows and merge visible

Your done.
