Mask of choice
Font of choice
New Image 500 x 500 transparent
Open heart frame 1, resize by 90%
Copy and paste as new layer
Move to the top of your workspace and then duplicate, flip
Layers- merge - merge down
Duplicate, free rotate 90%
Layers- merge - merge down
Resize by 80%
Open Paper 7
Resize 60%, copy and paste new layer
Move layer behind the hearts
Apply your mask of choice
I used heart mask from Zuzzanna
Open Paper 16
Resize by 50%, copy and paste new layer
Resize by 70% again (make sure all layers is not checked)
Image free rotate 65%
Open Paper 9
Resize by 50%, copy and paste new layer
Resize by 70% again (make sure all layers is not checked)
Open Paper 1
Resize by 50%, copy and paste new layer
Resize by 70% again (make sure all layers is not checked)
Image free rotate 45%
Open your tube of choice

You must purchase a license to use this artwork.
I resized by tube by 75%
Add your word art and any other elements of choice
and don't forget your drop shadows

In order to use the image in this tutorial you MUST purchase it from CILM
Mask: of choice
Ok lets begin
New image 500 x 500 white
Open GC_ASFM_frame-1, resize by 65%
Copy and paste as new layer
Image-free rotate - 45%
Open GC_AMB_paper-3, resize by 68%
Copy and paste as new layer
Move behind your frame layer
Apply your mask of choice
Open GC_diamondflowerbling, resize 50%
Copy and paste as new layer
Move below your frame
Duplicate layer x3 (4 layers) and move to each corner of your frame. Close off all layers except the flower bling layers and merge visible. Open all layers.
Select your frame layer, get your magic wand and select the inside of the frame.
Selections, modify, expand 5 pixels
Select the flower bling layer and press the delete key
Copy and paste your tube of choice, I'm using the wonderful work of PinUpToons.
I resized the tube by 90%
Now just add some elements and drop shadows
I resized all my elements about 45-50%, use your judgement
Add some text and your copyright info and your done :)

This is a quick and easy tut, and requires a basic to intermediate knowledge of PSP
New image white bg 500 x 500 pixels
open GC_frame02p and resize it by 415 x 415
Open tube of choice, resize it by 65% and paste as new layer
Open the wordart provided and paste it as new layer
Open your mask of choice or use the one provided and pick a paper
Apply your mask and select a paper for the inside of the frame
paste as new layer and select the inside of your circle, expand by 5 and invert
Press delete
Add your accents and text and your done
