This tut will be quick and easy :)

Open new image 500 x 500 transparent

Open GC_SSS_frame4 and GC_SSS_frame3

Resize the blue one to 150 pixels and red to 175 pixels

duplicate your red frame and place one on top and one below your blue

get your eraser tool and erase the top on where it meets with the blue

merge your frames down and move them into position.

Add your tube. I'm using the wonderful art of Dominic Marco

Add your elements to your liking, see my tag for reference

Open your paper of choice and copy it and paste as new layer

Select the insides of your frames, expand by 4 and invert

Hit the delete key

Select your bg paper

Copy and paste as new layer and apply your mask of choice.

Add a nice drop shadow and your copyright info if necessary and your done.
