Okay lets begin

New image 600 x 600
Open WO_WP_PP6 paper
Copy and close
New raster layer
Select all
Paste into selection
Apply your mask which is zuzzanna_mask07
Merge group

Open WP_WP_SPLATTER
Copy and close
Duplicate x3 and place around your tag

Open WP_WP_HEARTRUFFLERAME
Copy and closePaste as new layer
Get your magic wand and select the inside of the heart
Expand by 5
New raster layer
Open WO_WP_PP15

Add your tube in your frame
Add drop shadows

The elements I used for tag are listed below
Resize them appropriately
Just Copy and paste them as a new layer
