Okay lets begin...

Open your template
Ctrl+D to duplicate
Close the original
Resize 62%
Delete the copyright layer

Select your bottom rectangle layer
Select all - float- defloat
New raster layer
Open your paper of choice
Copy and close
Paste into selection

Do the same for the rest of the layers
The papers I used are listed below

Rectangle - Grungepp4
Rectangle 2 - Grungepp1
Rectangle 3 - Grungepp12
Base - Grungepp2

Turn your musical notes black by hue/sat/lue



Apply Lokas - aqua to them



Turn the frame black with the same settings as above.

Go back and add gradient glow to all layers





apply drop shadow

Add tubes and elements of choice and your done.
