New Image 500 x 500 white
Open Paper 1, copy and close
New raster layer, select all
Paste into selection

Apply your mask

Open frame16
Copy and paste as new layer

Open Paper15
Copy and close
Get your magic wand
Select the insides of your two outside frames
Expand by 7, new raster layer, paste into selection
Move this layer behind your frame

Open paper 14
Copy and close
Select the inside of your middle frame
Expand by 7
New raster layer
Paste into selection
Move beneath your frame

Add your tube and erase the part on the bottom of the frame
Add your elements
Drop Shadow to all layers 2, 2, 30, 2, black

Add your text and copyright and your done.
