MASK: Of choice

New image 500 x 500
Open paper of choice
Copy and paste as new layer
Apply your mask

Open the purple frame
Stretch it so it's a square
Apply a green gradient glow and drop shadow

Open your ghosts and bat and apply to your tag
Add drop shadow

Add your tube
Delete the part on the bottom so it appears she's coming out of the frame
Add drop shadow

Open Halloween word art
Copy and paste as new layer
Add drop shadow

Type out the word "Happy" in black
Center it and add green glow and drop shadow

Apply your copyright and text and your done.
