MASK: Of choice

New Image 600 x 450
Open Paper 9
Copy and close
New raster layer
Select all
Paste into selection
Apply mask of choice
Merge group

Open Frame 2
Resize 75%
Copy and close
Paste as new layer
Move to the left side of the image
Image - duplicate
Image - mirror
Merge down

Get your magic wand and select the insides of the frames
Expand by 6
New raster layer
Open paper 7
Copy and close
Paste into selection
Move beneath the frames

Open your tube
Resize as needed
Copy and close
Paste as new layer

Open the trick or treat banner
Resize as needed
Copy and close
Paste as new layer

Add some other elements as you desire

Add your text and copyright

Merge visible and your done.
