Okay lets begin...

Open your template
CTRL+D to duplicate
Close your original
Delete your copyright information

Select the bottom layer
Open paper of choice, copy and close
Select all float, defloat
New raster layer
Paste into selection

Do the same for the rest of the layers.

Select a different tube from the same artist
Copy and paste as new layer
Move below the box
Source Lum (L) in your blend mode
Delete the part outside the box
Do the same for the other layers

Delete the palm trees

Apply your gradient glows and/or drop shadows

Add your elements, tube, and copyright information

To make the charm appear to be wrapping the frame
duplicate your charm
Move one layer below your frame
Select the top layer
Delete one side of the loop

Merge visible and add your text.
