This tutorial is fairly simple but sometimes simple is good.
Open new image 500 x 500, white
Open your blue paper
Copy and close
Paste as new layer
Apply your mask
Open your rainbow
Resize with your largest size 490
Copy and paste as new layer
Open your tube
Copy and paste as new layer
Open your sun
Resize, copy and paste
Do the same with the butterfly, bug and kite.
Add drop shadows 2, 2, 30, 2, black
Add your text and copyright and your done.
