New Image 500 x 500 white bg
Open frame 1
Resize 31%
Copy and paste as new layer

Free Roate 15 right
Move to the right lower corner
Duplicate and mirror
Move up towards the top
Merge layer down

Open paper 10
Copy and paste as new layer
Open your mask
I'm using #91 by Chelle
Apply your mask
Merge group

Get your lasso tool
Use it to select the inside of the frames
Just follow the square around
Open paper of choice, copy
New raster layer
Paste into select
Drag layer beneath your frames

Open ghost2
Resize 28%
Copy and paste as new layer
Move beneath the left frame
Lower opacity to 80%

Open witch2
Resize by 26%
Copy adn paste as new layer
Move beneath the right frame
Lower opacity to 80%

Open wordart1
Resize with your largest side 200 px
Copy and paste as new layer

Add other elements to your liking

Add your copyright and text

TO ANIMATE

Open Animation Shop
Go back to PSP
Close off your tube layer
Merge visible
Unhide your tube

Select your tube layer
Move it up 2 pixels
Copy merge
Paste as new animation

Back to PSP
Select your tube layer
Move it down 2 pixels
Copy merge
Paste after current frame

Back to PSP
Move it down 2 pixels
Copy Merge

Back to AS
Paste after current frame.

Save as GIF and your done.
